TechOptIQ does not have the overhead expenses, lengthy sales cycles, or PMO administration layers; therefore, enhancements and custom projects are delivered more efficiently, with greater agility, and at a fraction of the cost.
Through strategic partnerships with K2 Partnering Solutions and TEKsystems, TechOptIQ also provides access to additional technical expertise and resources, ensuring scalability and support for contractual requirements when needed.
Hourly Rate: Standard rate is $70 per hour, subject to adjustment based on project complexity, tools required (e.g., declarative automation vs. custom code), and contractual terms.
Billing: All work is billed time & materials (T&M) in quarter-hour increments, with full documentation provided for customer review.
No Overhead: Unlike many professional services or customer success teams, TechOptIQ does not apply additional overhead costs.
Faster Deployment: Enhancement projects are often deprioritized by larger service teams; TechOptIQ delivers them quickly and efficiently.
No ARR Fees: Work is project-based only; TechOptIQ does not apply annual recurring revenue (ARR) charges, a common practice among service providers.
